A shame they call themselves a luxury resort. The way they treat guest awful, don’t listen and don’t try to make you feel better. Shortly - booked 3 nights in private pool villa, the room stinks from old wood smell, lots of bugs, the area around in full of trash we had a frog in the bathroom at night, ants in bed and toilet and on top of all - snake inside the room! We took our stuff and left after one night and the hotel didn’t take responsibility. The money didn’t return. Just don’t book it!! Help yourself and save your vacation!

Eskaya is one of the exclusive and expensive resorts in Panglao. Villas are widely spaced apart for guest privacy. Each villa has its own pool and jacuzzi with huge bed. Day beds and lounge chairs are also available beside the pool. Toiletries by Asprey adds to the luxurious touch. The resort has its own private beach with large infinity pool. Breakfast buffet is underwhelming for its price, serving mainly Filipino dishes. Place feels a little bit "old" and has seen better days and needs some renovation/ update.

I went on a trip because I wanted to rest alone... I chose carefully... It is true that if your expectations are too high, you will be disappointed. The staff were very friendly, but the room condition was the worst in 20 years of traveling. …

I give this hotel a negative rating. I purchased a voucher last 2018 during the international travel fair but when Im about to use it, they won't honor it because the incharge who took my booking is no loner connected with them. I mean, is that even valid? They told me they will look for my records but years has passed still no update from them. Even though, I recvd an email confirmation from their reservations on the day I made a payment and still wont honor it. they just blew my money away. Their manager is very ARROGANT and RUDE. I mean VERY VERY. When I do a follow up call, she will just get angry at you why you keep on calling. That's how rude she is.

There are other resort hotels in Panglao which are way better than Eskaya.|My group and I were greeted by their front desk lady staff who seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming. On our 1st day, we found out that the kitchen will opens at 5pm and …

What can I say. Of all the luxury (and non luxury) hotels I’ve ever stayed in and considering prices we paid, this has to be the worst of the worst. We prepaid for 4 nights for two pool Villas from 28 December to one Jan 1. Of course, there …

This resort is in poor condition, with dilapidated facilities and non-existent service. The check in counter looks like an immigration office. It might have been a luxury hotel once upon a time in its heyday, but today it is a wreck of a …

No such thing as room charge. You eat in the restaurant - you gotta pay immediately. The menu is massive, but they don’t have half of what’s written there. Considering we were the only guests in the resort, their service was way below …
